Major General Firoz Hasan, NDU, PSC (Retd) is the proprietor of Rafaayna Traders. General Firoz served in the Bangladesh Army for 36 years. During his military service, he held important command, staff, and instructional appointments, including General Officer Commanding (GOC) of a Division, Principal Secretary to the Chief of Army Staff, and Commandant of the School of Infantry and Tactics.

He served in United Nations missions twice: on the Iraq-Kuwait border (UNIKOM, 1996) and the Georgia-Abkhazia border (UNOMIG, 2003). General Firoz also gained experience as a military diplomat in Beijing, China, from 2013 to 2014.

Towards the later part of his career, he served as Chairman of Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS), a business venture of the Bangladesh Armed Forces aimed at supporting retired soldiers. While serving in this role, he developed an interest in business, which led to the formation of Rafaayna Traders. The company is involved in import, export, and indenting business.
